School / Employment Verification Employers requesting school enrollment verification, completion certificate, and/or transcript copies must email the request with an attached signed release form to [email protected]. School verifications are requested by email only. Responses can take up to ten business days to process, and are electronically sent back to the email address provided on the verification form. If a response is not received within ten days, please send a follow up email request. Signed releases are required, and verbal verifications are not released. Students requesting a certificate and/or transcript must be in good financial standing with the school. Certificates and/or transcripts can only be released to students who have paid the balance of their tuition in full and provided most recent or current employment to the Job Placement Director. If unemployed or job seeking, placement assistance is available. Suburban charges any student or carrier $25.00 for a past copy of a certificate or transcript.
