This accelerated program is only for individual’s seeking a CDL License with an automatic transmission. We have a new class starting every Monday. If you already have your permit and completed the ELDT requirements elsewhere you will begin the hands-on training as soon as you enroll. Alternatively, Suburban TDTS’s offers theory training which meets the ELDT (entry level driver training) requirements and will prepare the student to take the CDL Permit test at the Secretary of State. If you choose to complete the theory portion of training at Suburban TDTS this will add one additional week of training. Some maneuvers you will be learning are straight-line backing, offset backing, and 90 degree backing. 2ROAD TRAINING You will learn to shift proficiently while traveling local roads, city streets and nearby highways.
